Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition you received it.
- You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Products returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used dietary supplements
- Opened herbal teas
- Opened essential oils
- Opened skincare or personal care products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
